These videos below will help you grasp what is a quality video.

Notice how the video above is smooth.  It is not jerky.  The photographer is not jerking his hand but is moving his hand and camera smoothly.

Also the photographer is not stopping in the video, but keeps moving the same direction.  You never see the photographer move the camera backwards, always forwards.  This video is not perfect but it's about an 80 percent, which is passable.

This is a smooth, great video.

Now all these videos are not 100 percent perfect but they are passable.  Please try your best to have a steady hand.  Please remember to go slowly and don't go too close to the buttons.  They need to be clear and readable.
